Market Bosworth RFC Girls section are delighted to hold our first Rock up 'n' Ruck session, aimed at girls in years 5 & 6 who want to try rugby. This completely FREE skills session is open to both existing players and complete newcomers, and aims to show girls how much fun playing rugby can be! Girls will be coached by qualified, experienced and insured Market Bosworth coaches, who will be supported by some of our under 12 and under 14 girls. 

Please arrive at the MBRFC clubhouse at 10:15am, and be ready for a 10:30am start.  Boots are preferred as the ground is still quite soft. We WILL get the girls muddy so a towel and change of clothes is recommended! Girls can wear kit, or t-shirt & shorts or joggers, whatever they feel comfortable in. We do request that they do not wear any sweaters with hoods for safety. 

We aim to wrap up the session around 11:45am, and our clubhouse will be open if you wish to purchase drinks and snacks. We ask that a parent/guardian/responsible adult is in attendance at the club during the session should we need to contact you in case of any issues.
